    Stayed for two nights in February and our experience was very bad. There was no heating in the room and after been told numerous times it was fixed - they finally realised when they visited the room that there was no heating. We had several issues in the restaurant which added to our nightmare stay. The way the management team handled these issues was woeful and no commendation or apology was made when we checked out.
